Budiman Subagio hit a great ball. Yazid Handoko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Hamka Mangkunagara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th match minute, Kiawang FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raihan Ballawi to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Tjelong FC's zone, Bagol Sujarwo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hamka Mangkunagara came out of the goal and Bagol Sujarwo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gilbert Sialagan kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. 65 minutes into the game, Tjelong FC's Wisnu Manusama nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Todung Sumardi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. I Made Witoelar's late challenge caught a Tjelong FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. I Made Witoelar helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Kiawang FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play.
