Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Hoàng Mai made the kick off which started today's match. After a rather tough play, Cam Ranh's Chung Quang Thanh got a free kick in the 5th minute. Trần Hung took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hoàng Mai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes into the game, Nguyễn Lan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ha Giang's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cam Ranh the free kick. After 25 played minutes Hoàng Mai rounded Ha Giang's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. In the 27th minute, Chung Lien hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hoàng Mai struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Trần Hung didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cam Ranh. Trần Hung made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hoàng Mai in the 32nd minute. Hoàng Mai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Trần Hung having to interfere. Hoàng Mai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Trần Hung tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ha Giang's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Phạm Ritchell 40 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Trần Hung came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Cam Ranh's Nguyễn Cuc. But to his dismay, Nguyễn Cuc quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nguyễn Huynh Duc to strike the kick off in the second half. Nguyễn Cuc struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Trần Hung didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cam Ranh. After a defensive mix-up in Ha Giang's zone, Hoàng Mai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Trần Hung came out of the goal and Hoàng Mai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 58 minutes into the match, Nguyễn Cuc notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Ha Giang's Trần Hung. Trần Hung was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Hoàng Mai sped through Ha Giang's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Trần Hung. In the 66th minute, Nguyễn Cuc got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Lý Thien fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ha Giang's protests and gave Lý Thien a yellow card for diving instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hoàng Mai in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Trần Hung prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Nguyễn Cuc came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Cam Ranh fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nguyễn Cuc couldn't finish the play. Hoàng Mai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ha Giang's goalkeeper Trần Hung, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hoàng Mai in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Trần Hung prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
