Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hoàng Duy started the match with the kick off. After having played for 3 minutes, Phan Thi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DinoFuji's supporters crossed their fingers, but Phan Thi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Phan Thi in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nguyễn Duc saved Sam Son b from getting behind. A collision led to DinoFuji getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Lê Phu hit a great ball. After 16 played minutes Sam Son b got a freekick which was hit by Đoàn Quang Thanh. Nguyễn Duc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Phan Thi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. La Diem sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 23rdth minute of the game Nguyễn Khoi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sam Son b's Nguyễn Duc was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hoàng Duy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Lê Nga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute Phan Thi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nguyễn Duc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Phan Thi managed to get in a good position for a shot. DinoFuji's supporters rose to their feet, but Phan Thi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nguyễn Duc breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Phan Thi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 33rd minute, La Diem left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sam Son b fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The supporters of Sam Son b booed when DinoFuji was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Võ Lan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 38th match minute, Sam Son b was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hoàng Minh-ha to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, DinoFuji's Trần Tinh tried to score from far away in the 39th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Nguyễn Duc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Phan Thi in the 40th minute of play. If Phan Thi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Phan Van Quyen fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sam Son b's protests and gave Phan Van Quyen a yellow card for diving instead. Sam Son b:s Nguyễn Duc showed great skill when he stopped Trần Tinh:s penalty. In the 45th minute, Trần Tinh ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nguyễn Duc was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Phan Thi made a kick off. La Diem recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Sam Son b's Lê Minh Phượng got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 62nd minute, Phan Thi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nguyễn Duc. The goal made the score 1-2. Sam Son b's La Diem got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Phan Thi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nguyễn Duc having to interfere. In the 76thth minute of the game Hoàng Duy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DinoFuji's Lê Nga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 79 minutes into the game, when Phan Van Quyen put in a rough tackle. 81 minutes into the match, Trần Tinh dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nguyễn Duc, 1-3. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sam Son b's goalkeeper Nguyễn Duc, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to DinoFuji getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Hồ Tấn Dũng hit a great ball. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind DinoFuji's goalkeeper Lê Nga, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nguyễn Khoi might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nguyễn Duc. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nguyễn Khoi ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Hồ Tấn Dũng managed to get in a good position for a shot. DinoFuji's supporters rose to their feet, but Hồ Tấn Dũng was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nguyễn Duc breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
