Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Nguyễn Quang Thanh got the match started through his kick off. 5 minutes into the game, Lê Hieu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Phan Tuyet was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Lưu Thi Ngoc fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tam Ky's protests and gave Lưu Thi Ngoc a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of PETOKAI FC booed when Tam Ky was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lưu Thi Ngoc didn't get a good kick on the ball. Phan Tuyet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nghiêm Nghiêm-Minh in the 13th minute of the match. Phan Tuyet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lê Hieu in the 14th minute. When Nguyễn Lam fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PETOKAI FC's protests and gave Nguyễn Lam a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Tam Ky booed when PETOKAI FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nguyễn Lam didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nguyễn Quang Thanh recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Nghiêm Nghiêm-Minh, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 22 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Phan Tuyet was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 29 minutes into the game, Nghiêm Nghiêm-Minh recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Phan Tuyet. Nghiêm Nghiêm-Minh showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. 32 minutes into the match, Tam Ky's Lê Hieu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Phan Tuyet narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 33 played minutes PETOKAI FC got a freekick which was hit by Trần Phuong. Trần Phuong sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 43 minutes into the game, Vương Tuan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PETOKAI FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tam Ky the free kick. Vương Tuan kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. During the 46th minute of the match Vương Tuan completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Vương Tuan a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, PETOKAI FC's Vương Tuan got a free kick in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

A collision led to PETOKAI FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Trần Tong hit a great ball. After 53 played minutes, Tam Ky's Trần Quang Thanh shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Phan Tuyet came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tam Ky reached it. Phan Tuyet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lê Hieu in the 55th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, PETOKAI FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lê Hieu came free, but Phan Tuyet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Trần Phuong sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lê Hieu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Phan Tuyet having to interfere. Nghiêm Nghiêm-Minh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Phan Tuyet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lê Hieu took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Phan Tuyet. Phan Tuyet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Tam Ky were victorious despite being under pressure from PETOKAI FC for much of the match.
