Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Lê Than made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the match, Lê Than had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Phan Tuyet. PETOKAI FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lê Than was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Phan Tuyet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lý Tran, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. 9 minutes into the match, Trần Phuong had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vũ Hoai. Nha Trang's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Trần Phuong was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After 12 minutes, Trần Liem mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nha Trang and the PETOKAI FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of PETOKAI FC booed when Nha Trang was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Trần Liem didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Nguyễn Than took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Phan Tuyet to make any attempt to save it. Nguyễn Quang Thanh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Huỳnh Loc's late challenge caught a Nha Trang's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Huỳnh Loc helped the player get up and apologised. In the 28th minute, Huỳnh Loc hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lê Than who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Phan Tuyet when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpected shot in the 31st minute by Lê Than got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nguyễn Quang Thanh in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vũ Hoai saved Nha Trang from getting behind. The Nha Trang players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. PETOKAI FC were winning 2-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nguyễn Quang Thanh stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Nha Trang got a freekick which was hit by Lê Bien. 52 minutes into the match, Nha Trang's goal looked a bit too open when Trần Tong came free, but Vũ Hoai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nguyễn Hoang kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lê Than in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Phan Tuyet saved PETOKAI FC from getting behind. Trần Phuong's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Vũ Hoai firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 65th minute of the match, Trần Phuong got a very nice opportunity to score, but Vũ Hoai was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 66 played minutes PETOKAI FC got a freekick which was hit by Liễu Thien. Nha Trang's Vũ Hoai proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Nha Trang from getting a goal against them. Nguyễn Huynh Duc kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Phan Tuyet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lê Than, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Liễu Thien fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PETOKAI FC's protests and gave Liễu Thien a yellow card for diving instead. In the 76th minute, one of PETOKAI FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for PETOKAI FC. The referee gave Nha Trang a penalty, 78 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Lý Tran, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of PETOKAI FC's Phan Tuyet. 3-3. If Hồ Thai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lê Than blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Phan Tuyet having to make a save. Lê Than might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Phan Tuyet. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lê Than ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 92nd minute, one of PETOKAI FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for PETOKAI FC. Nha Trang were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of PETOKAI FC for a fine match.
