Phan Thanh Bình helped the player get up and apologised. In the 4th match minute, Lao Bao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Phan Thanh Bình to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nguyễn Cong Vinh got free with Tạ Anh Hung in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Lao Bao's Tạ Anh Hung got control of the ball when Nguyễn Cong Vinh tried to sneak it across the goal line. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nguyễn Ho showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 85th minute, Trần Hoang made a precise shot to the right of Nguyễn Ho. Quang Ninh's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Tạ Anh Hung made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lê Loc in the 92nd minute of play. Lao Bao were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
