Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Shafiq Hoe started the match with the kick off. Daniz Tian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shafiq Hoe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 4th minute, Bayer Munich's Joel Cheng ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Daniz Tian. Daniz Tian yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Daniz Tian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Shafiq Hoe in the 7th minute of the match. Sansone Valgoma kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Aziz Tee might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Danish Dryburgh. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aziz Tee ran back to his position shaking his head. Daniz Tian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Cheng, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Aziz Tee might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Danish Dryburgh. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aziz Tee ran back to his position shaking his head. 17 minutes into the match, Basildon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Wong Siong came free, but Daniz Tian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wong Siong took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Daniz Tian. Daniz Tian dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Aziz Tee scored 2-1 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Danish Dryburgh, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Danish Dryburgh didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Basildon FC's Jonathan Lee shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-2 in the ordered_time% minute. 38 minutes into the match, Aziz Tee notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Bayer Munich's Danish Dryburgh. Danish Dryburgh was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Daniz Tian was a little too slow when Afriz Boon got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 43rd minute. The score was now 3-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joel Cheng got free with Daniz Tian in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The audience was convinced that Jonathan Lee's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Danish Dryburgh was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Bayer Munich's Mark Chai got a free kick in the 52nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Basildon FC's Aziz Tee slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Danish Dryburgh. That made the score 3-4 after 53 minutes of play. Sansone Valgoma hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 58th match minute, Basildon FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sansone Valgoma to maneuver through the defense. When Joel Cheng came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Bayer Munich fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Cheng couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wong Siong in the 61st minute of play forced Basildon FC's goalkeeper Daniz Tian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Basildon FC's Jonathan Lee in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bayer Munich's goalie prevented a goal. In the 78th minute, Jonathan Lee ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Danish Dryburgh was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-6. Jonathan Lee's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 83rdth minute, Danish Dryburgh skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Shafiq Hoe hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute of the match Tan Tan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Danish Dryburgh skillfully saved the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Bayer Munich's goalkeeper Danish Dryburgh had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonathan Lee. Danish Dryburgh made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonathan Lee in the 92nd minute. The Bayer Munich supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Basildon FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Basildon FC.
