Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ong Low started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Sid Blythe managed to get in a good position for a shot. New Milton's supporters rose to their feet, but Sid Blythe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lamar Seng breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 7th minute, Mick Portway left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The New Milton fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. When Calvin Paine came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the New Milton fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Calvin Paine couldn't finish the play. Sid Blythe's late challenge caught a Kilburn, Westbourne Park FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sid Blythe helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Kilburn, Westbourne Park FC booed when New Milton was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sid Blythe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vince Sheene made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Dryburgh in the 17th minute of play. Gabriel Dryburgh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Vince Sheene tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sid Blythe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sid Blythe to strike the kick off in the second half. Gabriel Dryburgh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vince Sheene showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Dryburgh, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. After 71 played minutes New Milton got a freekick which was hit by Gaz Willmott. Vince Sheene made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Dryburgh in the 73rd minute of play. In the 75th minute, Mark Hsin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 77th minute, Ali Pillai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kilburn, Westbourne Park FC's Lamar Seng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sid Blythe in the 78th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Calvin Paine hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Kilburn, Westbourne Park FC's Ali Laycock got a free kick in the 81st minute. Lamar Seng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sid Blythe, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Gara Seng hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 86th match minute, New Milton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gregory Downing to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the New Milton defense, Gabriel Dryburgh kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vince Sheene. The New Milton fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vince Sheene should have stopped the shot. Gabriel Dryburgh recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Kilburn, Westbourne Park FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing New Milton to win.
