When Bakar Lam came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the S.E.A aquariums fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bakar Lam couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Bakar Lam's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ang Hongyi was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. In the 10th minute Bakar Lam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ang Hongyi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, S.E.A aquariums's Dan Wallander got a free kick in the 12th minute. Asiz Teo kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Woodlesford's Aziz Nagasaki got a free kick in the 16th minute. Bakar Lam recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bakar Lam in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ang Hongyi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 21st play minutes Bakar Lam shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Ang Hongyi and just under the crossbar into goal. Faizal Chai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Helmuth Duckadam having to interfere. Sharizan Shiong kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bakar Lam in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ang Hongyi saved Woodlesford from getting behind. With 45 minutes on the clock, Farhan Yip commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 44th minute, one of S.E.A aquariums:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for S.E.A aquariums. Clive Lim shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Shahron Hee made the kick off in the second half. Dan Wallander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ang Hongyi having to interfere. The supporters of S.E.A aquariums booed when Woodlesford was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Faizal Chai didn't get a good kick on the ball. Shahron Hee sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Woodlesford's Shahron Lam got a free kick in the 63rd minute. A collision led to S.E.A aquariums getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Famih Laycock hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Woodlesford's zone, Shahron Hee stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ang Hongyi came out of the goal and Shahron Hee tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Woodlesford getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Shahron Lam hit a great ball. When Shahron Hee came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the S.E.A aquariums fans jumped to their feet. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Afriz Dyce managed to get in a good position for a shot. S.E.A aquariums's supporters rose to their feet, but Afriz Dyce was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ang Hongyi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Woodlesford's zone, Dan Wallander stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ang Hongyi came out of the goal and Dan Wallander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Woodlesford's Sharizan Wenyong got a free kick in the 81st minute. S.E.A aquariums's Afriz Dyce got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Afriz Dyce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 严朋树 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. S.E.A aquariums's Afriz Dyce got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Shahron Hee had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. S.E.A aquariums's Afriz Dyce got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Helmuth Duckadam took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sharizan Shiong, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Woodlesford fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. S.E.A aquariums were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
