Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sharizan Swee got the match started through his kick off. After 7 minutes of play, Cleveleys AFC's Mark Choo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Faiz Nagasaki was left in no man's land by his defense there! Haziq Hock was out of position in the 10 minute of play, and Shahiran Tee capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Shahiran Tee really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Ang Choo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Haziq Hock tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cleveleys AFC's Haziq Hock proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Cleveleys AFC from getting a goal against them. Cleveleys AFC's Mark Choo got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Sharizan Swee came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Cleveleys AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sharizan Swee couldn't finish the play. SK Chee sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 45 minutes into the match, Cleveleys AFC's goalkeeper Haziq Hock had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ang Choo. Zafran Hoe charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zafran Hoe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 45th minute, Zafran Hoe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Shahiran Tee stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Rudy Low was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chester's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cleveleys AFC the free kick. Rudy Low kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Khairil Kang kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Faiz Nagasaki. That made the score 1-2 in the 54 minute of play. After 62 played minutes Cleveleys AFC got a freekick which was hit by Zafran Hoe. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zafran Hoe got free with Faiz Nagasaki in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 72 minutes into the game, Darryl Lee was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chester's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cleveleys AFC the free kick. After 72 played minutes Chester got a freekick which was hit by Darryl Lee. Sharizan Swee recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 85 minutes into the game, Chester's Ang Choo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Haziq Hock made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. When Zak Chew fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cleveleys AFC's protests and gave Zak Chew a yellow card for diving instead. Cleveleys AFC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Chester to leave the ground with a draw.
