Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Husbands Bosworth's Joel Siang started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Haziq Seah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Azam Leng in the 6th minute of play. Haziq Seah came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Husbands Bosworth's Victor Ramachandran. But to his dismay, Victor Ramachandran quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 13 played minutes, Alton Towers's Bakar Gopala Pillai shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zak Swee came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Alton Towers reached it. 15 minutes into the match, Victor Ramachandran had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Haziq Seah. Alton Towers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victor Ramachandran was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Haziq Seah didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joel Siang went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Alton Towers's goalkeeper Haziq Seah, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Husbands Bosworth's Zak Swee proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Husbands Bosworth from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Alton Towers booed when Husbands Bosworth was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Firdauz Koh didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Bakar Gopala Pillai came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Alton Towers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bakar Gopala Pillai couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Siang in the 37th minute of play forced Alton Towers's goalkeeper Haziq Seah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Victor Teo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Bakar Lam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Teo in the 45th minute of play forced Alton Towers's goalkeeper Haziq Seah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aziz Lim to strike the kick off in the second half. When Victor Ramachandran fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Husbands Bosworth's protests and gave Victor Ramachandran a yellow card for diving instead. After 53 played minutes Husbands Bosworth got a freekick which was hit by Victor Ramachandran. After 58 played minutes Alton Towers got a freekick which was hit by Farhan Butcher. Joel Siang recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Haziq Seah stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Azam Leng's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. In the 64th minute, Farhan Butcher hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Farhan Butcher in the 67th minute of play forced Husbands Bosworth's goalkeeper Zak Swee to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 68 played minutes Alton Towers got a freekick which was hit by Mujahid Nair. Joel Siang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haziq Seah having to interfere. Zak Swee showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danish Liang in the 76th minute of the match. If Aziz Lim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd match minute, Husbands Bosworth was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Ramachandran to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute Danish Liang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zak Swee saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Haziq Seah showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Siang in the 94th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Azam Leng in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Haziq Seah prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the final whistle sounded Husbands Bosworth left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Alton Towers.
