Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Shah Tan in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alif Paine prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Paraná Clube fans' excitement grew in the 17th match minute when Paraná Clube's Shah Tan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 21st minute, Shah Tan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Locksheath AFC's Alif Paine proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Locksheath AFC from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Shah Tan in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alif Paine saved Locksheath AFC from getting behind. Paraná Clube's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mujahid Singh in the 23rd minute. Alif Paine didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Paraná Clube's Shah Tan shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-0 in the ordered_time% minute. 32 minutes into the match, Paraná Clube's Shahiran Hian sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alif Paine narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 38th minute Wei Xuan Tee shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Darren Chandran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Shahiran Hian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Shah Tan to make the kick off. Alif Paine showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Shahiran Hian in the 53rd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Shah Tan put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Alif Paine. Alif Paine showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shah Tan, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After 66 minutes, Shah Tan made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. Locksheath AFC's Alif Paine tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Alif Paine didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Paraná Clube's Shah Tan shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 8-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Mujahid Singh might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alif Paine. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mujahid Singh ran back to his position shaking his head. Paraná Clube's Mujahid Singh got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alif Paine showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shah Tan, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. If Steven Abisheganaden had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alif Paine made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shahiran Hian in the 92nd minute of play. In the 93rd minute Mujahid Singh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alif Paine saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Shahiran Hian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Paraná Clube had played much better football throughout.
