Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sharizan Hoe kicked off to start the match. In the 2nd minute, Edwin Lindgren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Walthamstow fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 7 minutes into the match, Edwin Lindgren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joel Seng. Astley's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edwin Lindgren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 12thth minute of the game Beagan Colwell who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Astley's Joel Seng was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gage Pillai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sharizan Hoe in the 13th minute of the match. Joel Seng stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Beagan Colwell's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. In the 18th minute, Zak Ning hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Beagan Colwell sped through Astley's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Joel Seng. 22 minutes into the match, Beagan Colwell notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Astley's Joel Seng. Joel Seng was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Walthamstow's Gage Pillai proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Walthamstow from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Sharizan Hoe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Astley's supporters rose to their feet, but Sharizan Hoe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gage Pillai breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 30th minute Sharizan Hoe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gage Pillai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Faiz Choy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gage Pillai read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. In the 34th minute, Edwin Lindgren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 39 minutes into the game, Sharizan Hoe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Astley's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Walthamstow the free kick. Sharizan Hoe hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Beagan Colwell in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joel Seng saved Astley from getting behind. Astley's Joel Seng proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Astley from getting a goal against them. Joel Seng made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Beagan Colwell sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sharizan Hoe in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gage Pillai prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Faiz Choy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joel Seng had great luck who in the 69thth minute grab hold of the ball when Beagan Colwell from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Beagan Colwell in the 71stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Joel Seng, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Gage Pillai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sharizan Hoe in the 72nd minute of play. Sharizan Hoe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sharizan Hoe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gage Pillai having to interfere.
