Dale Namasivayam hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. 14 minutes into the match, Beckermet United's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Hong came free, but Merlin Hoe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Haziq Seng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Dryburgh, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Merlin Hoe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sharizan Cho in the 19th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Bridlington's Khairul Ramachandran got a free kick in the 20th minute. Gabriel Dryburgh struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Haziq Seng didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Beckermet United. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ali Hong in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Merlin Hoe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ali Hong fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Merlin Hoe having to interfere. Gara Chai hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Haziq Seng was out of position in the 28 minute of play, and Dale Liang capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dale Liang really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Azam Ramachandran hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Merlin Hoe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sharizan Cho in the 37th minute of the match. Sharizan Cho took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Merlin Hoe. Merlin Hoe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After 52 minutes, Ali Hong mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bridlington and the Beckermet United players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Bridlington's Ali Hong got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 53rd minute, Dale Liang got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Daniel Chian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haziq Seng having to interfere. Haziq Seng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Chian in the 61st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Chian in the 63rd minute of play forced Bridlington's goalkeeper Haziq Seng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Beckermet United's Merlin Hoe got control of the ball when Ali Hong tried to sneak it across the goal line. Daniel Chian spun around in front of the goal 67 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Bridlington's goal. In the 71st minute Daniel Chian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haziq Seng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. John Hongyi kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Sharizan Cho put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Merlin Hoe. 78 minutes into the game, Beckermet United's Daniel Chian nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
