Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alam Tan started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute Alam Tan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Merlin Hoe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th minute, Alam Tan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 【ＲＡＰＴＯＲＳ】's Alam Tan got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wei Xuan Rajah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Merlin Hoe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 【ＲＡＰＴＯＲＳ】's Ron Au proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save 【ＲＡＰＴＯＲＳ】 from getting a goal against them. Rudy Kool got a throw-in 42 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Wei Xuan Rajah. The referee felt a red card was in order, 46 minutes into the game, when Sharizan Hee put in a rough tackle. Merlin Hoe had in the 48thth minute some difficulties stopping Wei Xuan Rajah's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dale Liang made a kick off. A collision led to Beckermet United getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Dale Liang hit a great ball. A hard shot 57 in the game by Alam Tan from a close distance when the talented Merlin Hoe managed to make a qualified save. Beckermet United's players were relieved. If Alam Tan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alex Cheng could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Merlin Hoe made a huge save. After 64 minutes, Danial Seng mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 【ＲＡＰＴＯＲＳ】 and the Beckermet United players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 64th minute, Danial Seng hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ron Au made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dale Liang in the 71st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in 【ＲＡＰＴＯＲＳ】's zone, Dale Liang stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ron Au came out of the goal and Dale Liang tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 78 minutes into the game, 【ＲＡＰＴＯＲＳ】's Alam Tan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Merlin Hoe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Beckermet United's Dale Namasivayam managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Rudy Kool in the 83 minute of the game. After 88 minutes, Hamir Au mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Beckermet United and the 【ＲＡＰＴＯＲＳ】 players grew even worse after the yellow card. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
