The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dale Yeo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Danish Tian's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Clive Tioe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 15 minutes into the game, Clive Hui cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Muhammad Soon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 21st minute, Zack Abdul left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Wallsend 777 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Muhammad Soon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clive Hui, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Fariz Pillai managed to get in a good position for a shot. Heathrow Airport FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fariz Pillai was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Muhammad Soon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Danish Tian kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. The supporters of Wallsend 777 booed when Heathrow Airport FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Muhammad Sum didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th minute, Shahiran Hsin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Shahiran Hsin took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dale Yeo. Dale Yeo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-3 lead.

In the 51st minute Clive Hui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Muhammad Soon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 56 minutes into the game, Steven Shyan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Dale Yeo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Heathrow Airport FC's Dale Yeo got control of the ball when Danish Tian tried to sneak it across the goal line. Steven Shyan's late challenge caught a Heathrow Airport FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. With a little luck, Heathrow Airport FC's Dale Yeo got control of the ball when Danish Tian tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clive Hui in the 79th minute of play forced Wallsend 777's goalkeeper Muhammad Soon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Fariz Pillai came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Heathrow Airport FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fariz Pillai couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Wallsend 777's Zack Abdul got a free kick in the 85th minute. Wallsend 777's Muhammad Soon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clive Hui in the 88th minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Fariz Pillai got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 93 minutes into the match, Wallsend 777's goal looked a bit too open when Muhammad Sum came free, but Muhammad Soon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute Faiz Soon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Muhammad Soon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chants of Wallsend 777 echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Heathrow Airport FC had held the ball for most of the match.
