An unexpectedly hard shot by Freddy Caparas in the 7th minute of play forced Frodsham United's goalkeeper August Valmayor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Cipriano Calumpang managed to get in a good position for a shot. Frodsham United's supporters rose to their feet, but Cipriano Calumpang was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Popcorn Palag breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 14 minutes into the game, Freddy Matibag recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Popcorn Palag. Freddy Matibag showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 17th minute, Freddy Matibag left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Frodsham United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. August Valmayor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Freddy Caparas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Frodsham United getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Peyman Gonzales hit a great ball. Victorino Alley took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised August Valmayor. August Valmayor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diomar Tabug in the 35th minute of play forced Frodsham United's goalkeeper August Valmayor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Freddy Caparas fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stoke-on-Trent City's protests and gave Freddy Caparas a yellow card for diving instead. In the 37th match minute, Stoke-on-Trent City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Freddy Caparas to maneuver through the defense. Popcorn Palag showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddy Matibag, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 42ndth minute of the game Freddy Matibag who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Stoke-on-Trent City's Popcorn Palag was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

Freddy Caparas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without August Valmayor having to interfere. In the 54th minute Diomar Tabug shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but August Valmayor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Diomar Tabug managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stoke-on-Trent City's supporters rose to their feet, but Diomar Tabug was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. August Valmayor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 58 minutes into the game, Stoke-on-Trent City's Freddy Caparas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. August Valmayor made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. If Diomar Tabug had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Freddy Matibag fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Popcorn Palag having to interfere. August Valmayor made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Freddy Caparas sent off a good shot on target. If Freddy Caparas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Freddy Matibag fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Popcorn Palag having to interfere. After 90 minutes of play, Frodsham United's Eliezer Garcia made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Popcorn Palag was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Freddy Caparas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Many of Stoke-on-Trent City's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Stoke-on-Trent City may have spent more time on the ball, but Frodsham United were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
