Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After having played for 4 minutes, Everett Quibola managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ashington United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Everett Quibola was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Elvin Vinzon came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Ashington United's Franco Tugado. But to his dismay, Franco Tugado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Clint Monfort had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rogelio Dayot in the 16th minute of play forced Maldon's goalkeeper Elvin Vinzon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeremias Maybituin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Walter Dalog tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Ashington United's goalkeeper Walter Dalog had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jeremias Maybituin. Clint Monfort fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walter Dalog having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 31st minute by Jeremias Maybituin got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Clint Monfort had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rogelio Dayot in the 37th minute of play forced Maldon's goalkeeper Elvin Vinzon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elvin Vinzon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Everett Quibola in the 46th minute of play. Rogelio Dayot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The wind increased when Everett Quibola made the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Maldon got a freekick which was hit by Felix Junco. Clint Monfort received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Walter Dalog tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 60th minute Clint Monfort shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walter Dalog saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ashington United's goalkeeper Walter Dalog, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alfred Quiambao's late challenge caught a Maldon's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfred Quiambao helped the player get up and apologised. Alfred Quiambao hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 64th minute, Will Quimbo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 67th minute Jeremias Maybituin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walter Dalog saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Maldon's Chris Tiangco got a free kick in the 70th minute. If Everett Quibola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeremias Maybituin kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Everett Quibola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 85 minutes into the game, Xarex Sia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maldon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ashington United the free kick. 85 minutes into the game, one of Maldon:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Elvin Vinzon, was totally fooled by Ashington United's Hans Tagay, who 87 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Rogelio Dayot was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 94th minute. Ashington United's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. An unexpected shot in the 98th minute by Everett Quibola got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The Maldon fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ashington United were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
