Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vaughn Ninobla was the one to do the kick off. In the 58th minute, Homobono Taasan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Timothy Kalingasan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Homobono Taasan, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Romnick Tucay managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chaffley's supporters rose to their feet, but Romnick Tucay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Timothy Kalingasan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Cristofor Quinabo came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Lights Out FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristofor Quinabo couldn't finish the play. Lights Out FC's Cristofer Yamguas suffered a sore foot after 94 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Homobono Taasan charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Homobono Taasan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Chaffley walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
