Abraham Donieza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 7 minutes into the game, Malmesbury City's Marco Lindawan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Abraham Donieza made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aga Tecson in the 10th minute of play forced Nagemine Syn FC's goalkeeper Abraham Donieza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute Marion Yalung shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rogelio Mabaquiao saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Cabanag in the 16th minute of play forced Malmesbury City's goalkeeper Rogelio Mabaquiao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lee Singson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rogelio Mabaquiao having to interfere. In the 19th minute George Querimit shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abraham Donieza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Marion Yalung dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rogelio Mabaquiao, 1-2. In the 40th minute Marco Lindawan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abraham Donieza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 41 minutes into the match, Malmesbury City's goalkeeper Rogelio Mabaquiao had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lee Singson. The crowd rose to their feet as Marion Yalung kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rogelio Mabaquiao. That made the score 3-2 in the 42 minute of play. The audience was convinced that Marion Yalung's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rogelio Mabaquiao was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Abraham Donieza was a little too slow when Aga Tecson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 51st minute. The score was now 3-3. Rogelio Mabaquiao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marion Yalung in the 54th minute of the match. Nagemine Syn FC's Lee Singson got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marion Yalung in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rogelio Mabaquiao prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Nagemine Syn FC booed when Malmesbury City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igme Benitez didn't get a good kick on the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Malmesbury City's goal looked a bit too open when Marion Yalung came free, but Rogelio Mabaquiao reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nagemine Syn FC's Abraham Donieza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aga Tecson in the 90th minute of play. Abraham Donieza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marco Lindawan went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-4 was the resulting score. George Querimit fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abraham Donieza having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Nagemine Syn FC had played much better football throughout.
