Xarex Ablang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Gatbonton having to interfere. Cressage City's Samuel Gatbonton proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Cressage City from getting a goal against them. Xarex Ablang succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 28th playminute. After 34 played minutes Cressage City got a freekick which was hit by Dakila Sia. Rolly Tugado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edgar Malabuyo hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 47 minutes, Samuel Gatbonton successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Homobono Bangit to strike the kick off in the second half. Peanut Paredes was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 58 minutes into the match. After 57 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cressage City! In the 60th minute there was a penalty for Kirkby United. Irving Emperio stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Samuel Gatbonton. 2-0. If Padi Laganson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 70 minutes into the game, Julius Tiongson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cressage City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kirkby United the free kick. Julius Tiongson kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 71st match minute, Cressage City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgar Malabuyo to maneuver through the defense. Noah Cabanting made an important save on a dangerous shot by Padi Laganson in the 75th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Homobono Bangit in the 78th minute of play forced Cressage City's goalkeeper Samuel Gatbonton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xarex Ablang in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Samuel Gatbonton prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Padi Laganson got free with Noah Cabanting in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Homobono Bangit received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Samuel Gatbonton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Padi Laganson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
