Sasan Lagos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 31st minute of the match Inosram Magalued shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jesse Bambico showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Sasan Lagos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Allen Coquia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sasan Lagos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gregoria Cabili, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Allen Coquia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Sasan Lagos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st match minute, Canvey Island was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patrick Lagbas to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gregoria Cabili was the one to do the kick off. The Neen Sollars City players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
