A collision led to Golcar FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Emelio Quimbo hit a great ball. Irvine Caparas made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Michaelo Maybituin sent off a good shot on target. In the 19th match minute, Emsworth City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bienvinido Lumungsod to maneuver through the defense. Emsworth City's Samuel Benitez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boni Golez in the 20th minute of play. Irvine Caparas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Michaelo Maybituin in the 22nd minute. In the 28th minute, Emelio Quimbo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th minute, Emsworth City's Michaelo Maybituin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Irvine Caparas. Irvine Caparas yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Jesan Latap sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kapayas Guanlao received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Samuel Benitez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kapayas Guanlao sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Kapayas Guanlao made the kick off in the second half. Boni Golezs short, quick shot in the 53rdth minute got Samuel Benitez to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Michaelo Maybituin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Irvine Caparas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Golcar FC's goalkeeper Irvine Caparas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 58 minutes into the game, Emsworth City's Michaelo Maybituin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Irvine Caparas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Irvine Caparas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bongbong Sumalde, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kapayas Guanlao in the 67th minute of play forced Emsworth City's goalkeeper Samuel Benitez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Bongbong Sumalde came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Emsworth City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bongbong Sumalde couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Boni Golez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Golcar FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Boni Golez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Samuel Benitez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kapayas Guanlao fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Benitez having to interfere. 80 minutes into the game, Magtanggol Tiaoqui was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Emsworth City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Golcar FC the free kick. Magtanggol Tiaoqui hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After 81 played minutes, Golcar FC's Gualterio Valeroso shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Samuel Benitez came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Golcar FC reached it. Emsworth City's Samuel Benitez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kapayas Guanlao in the 85th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Kapayas Guanlao kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Samuel Benitez. That made the score 3-1 in the 86 minute of play. Irvine Caparas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michaelo Maybituin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Golcar FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
