Fery Piliang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daus Fitriansyah in the 6th minute of play. A collision led to Tjimodoj FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Robbie Ie hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daus Fitriansyah in the 10th minute of play forced Tjimodoj FC's goalkeeper Fery Piliang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fery Alexander during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fery Alexander hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. A collision led to Citere getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Jatuh Simanungkalit hit a great ball. Andra Sitorus struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Hendrawan Martin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tjimodoj FC. Hendrawan Martin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Widodo Haryanto in the 19th minute. Citere's Kia Putiray got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fery Piliang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daus Fitriansyah in the 27th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Robbie Ie fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Tjimodoj FC's Fery Piliang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonard Dewa in the 34th minute of play. Citere's Hendrawan Martin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robbie Ie in the 36th minute of play. Widodo Haryanto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Hendrawan Martin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Robbie Ie made the kick off in the second half. The corner led Tjimodoj FC's Andra Sitorus to fire away a dangerous shot which Hendrawan Martin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 63rd match minute, Citere was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricky Dermawan to maneuver through the defense. In the 66th minute Robbie Ie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hendrawan Martin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Citere's zone, Robbie Ie stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hendrawan Martin came out of the goal and Robbie Ie tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 71st minute Robbie Ie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hendrawan Martin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fery Piliang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 91 minutes into the game, Daus Fitriansyah recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fery Piliang. Daus Fitriansyah showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Citere walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
