The supporters of PSM Wanaredja booed when Muaramadu FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sipiongot Priyatno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cecep Sugendo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 15th minute Kitam Rai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiar Rai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Porman Piliang kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, Muaramadu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alan Ketaren came free, but Rabun Sipayung reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Kitam Rai had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tiar Rai. PSM Wanaredja's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kitam Rai was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Kitam Rai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiar Rai having to interfere. Muaramadu FC's Daus Yarman got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Porman Piliang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Alan Ketaren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. PSM Wanaredja's Tiar Rai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cecep Sugendo in the 49th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alan Ketaren to make the kick off. After 53 minutes, Daus Yarman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Muaramadu FC and the PSM Wanaredja players grew even worse after the yellow card. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tiar Rai prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rabun Sipayung took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alan Ketaren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. PSM Wanaredja's Tiar Rai proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save PSM Wanaredja from getting a goal against them. In the 85thth minute of the game Cecep Sugendo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PSM Wanaredja's Tiar Rai was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rabun Sipayung showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alan Ketaren in the 86th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, Muaramadu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alan Ketaren came free, but Rabun Sipayung reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 97th minute, Alan Ketaren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PSM Wanaredja fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Muaramadu FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
