After having played for 6 minutes, Kompos Karo-karo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boekitkaboe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kompos Karo-karo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fadh Sinulingga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iswadi Oktavianus in the 9th minute of play. If Iswadi Oktavianus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 15 minutes into the game, Donny Putiray was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Boekitkaboe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PSM Klobur the free kick. After 15 played minutes Boekitkaboe got a freekick which was hit by Donny Putiray. Boekitkaboe's Fadh Sinulingga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ari Tarigan in the 18th minute of play. When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Iswadi Oktavianus sped through Boekitkaboe's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fadh Sinulingga. If Kompos Karo-karo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kompos Karo-karo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The wind increased when Iswadi Oktavianus made the kick off in the second half. Haryanto Mainaky made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. When Pandapotan Piliang fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Boekitkaboe's protests and gave Pandapotan Piliang a yellow card for diving instead. Pandapotan Piliang kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match.
