The referee gave Bumbulan FC a penalty, 90 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Haikal Karo-karo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of PSS Balubuk's Joko Wibowo. 2-1. When Tono Febrian fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bumbulan FC's protests and gave Tono Febrian a yellow card for diving instead. PSS Balubuk's Joko Wibowo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruslan Romatua in the 97th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. PSS Balubuk had won after a very even match.
