Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Donnie Barus started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Haikal Sitepu in the 3rd minute of play forced Bubulak's goalkeeper Kia Mainaky to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Candra Bangun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Micky Dermawan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 10 minutes, Haikal Sitepu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Muaramuntai FC and the Bubulak players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 10th match minute, Muaramuntai FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haikal Sitepu to maneuver through the defense. After 11 played minutes Bubulak got a freekick which was hit by Rio Guchi. With a little luck, Bubulak's Kia Mainaky got control of the ball when Candra Bangun tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bongky Perangin-angin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haryanto Subagdja, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Donnie Barus in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bongky Perangin-angin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Muaramuntai FC's Donnie Sinulingga got a free kick in the 17th minute. Bongky Perangin-angin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donnie Barus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bongky Perangin-angin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donnie Barus, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Haryanto Subagdja fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bongky Perangin-angin having to interfere. Donnie Barus scored 0-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bongky Perangin-angin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bulsky Darwis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bongky Perangin-angin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. In the 30th minute of the match Bubulak got a corner. Muaramuntai FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Adith Muchtaji ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 30th minute, Taufik Akmal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th minute, Dede Tarigan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute, Candra Bangun ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kia Mainaky was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Bongky Perangin-angin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Haryanto Subagdja in the 53rd minute. Bongky Perangin-angin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donnie Barus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Micky Dermawan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 65th minute, Candra Bangun made a precise shot to the right of Kia Mainaky. Bubulak's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Haryanto Subagdja put it in 2-4 from a short distance just to the right of Bongky Perangin-angin. Haryanto Subagdja received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Bongky Perangin-angin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 77 minutes into the match, Bubulak's goal looked a bit too open when Candra Bangun came free, but Kia Mainaky reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Haryanto Subagdja managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bubulak's supporters rose to their feet, but Haryanto Subagdja was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bongky Perangin-angin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Candra Bangun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kia Mainaky took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Micky Dermawan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bongky Perangin-angin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donnie Barus in the 96th minute of play. The Muaramuntai FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Bubulak were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
