The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, PSS Cihawuk's Ferry Waluyo got a free kick in the 2nd minute. PSS Cihawuk's Alan Kusumah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Hans in the 8th minute of play. Ichwan Prima hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. After 14 played minutes, PSS Cihawuk's Haryanto Putiray shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gendo Arbi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in PSS Cihawuk reached it. Alan Kusumah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Widodo Akmal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Widodo Akmal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alan Kusumah having to interfere. Mario Haryanto kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Martin Hans could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Alan Kusumah made a huge save. Mario Haryanto struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Gendo Arbi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PSS Cihawuk. Martin Hans's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alan Kusumah read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Widodo Akmal in the 63rd minute of play forced PSS Cihawuk's goalkeeper Alan Kusumah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gendo Arbi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Firdaus Reza in the 66th minute of play. Martin Hans could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Alan Kusumah made a huge save. 69 minutes into the match, Mareleng FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ferry Waluyo came free, but Gendo Arbi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alan Kusumah showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ferry Waluyo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mario Haryanto's late challenge caught a Mareleng FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mario Haryanto helped the player get up and apologised. In the 82nd minute, Mario Haryanto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Porman Karo-karo charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Porman Karo-karo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to PSS Cihawuk getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Porman Karo-karo hit a great ball. Alan Kusumah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Widodo Akmal in the 95th minute of play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
