The tension between the PSP Tjandirata and the PSP Kotaboenan players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 9th minute, Candra Bangun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ricky Guchi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Darius Haryanto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Andre Sitorus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, PSP Kotaboenan's Firdaus Mulia got control of the ball when Fadhly Sarwanto tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fadhly Sarwanto got free with Firdaus Mulia in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Firdaus Mulia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andre Sitorus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to PSP Tjandirata getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Kitam Akmal hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute, Bulsky Suprianto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dede Martin in the 47th minute of play forced PSP Tjandirata's goalkeeper Ricky Guchi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Andre Sitorus to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, PSP Kotaboenan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zulfikar Ramadhonna to maneuver through the defense. In the 54th minute of the match PSP Tjandirata got a corner. PSP Kotaboenan's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Awalludin Waluyo ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led PSP Tjandirata's Awalludin Waluyo to fire away a dangerous shot which Firdaus Mulia despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience was convinced that Andre Sitorus's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Firdaus Mulia was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. 63 minutes into the match, PSP Kotaboenan's goal looked a bit too open when Andre Sitorus came free, but Firdaus Mulia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Firdaus Mulia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fadhly Sarwanto, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Firdaus Mulia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fadhly Sarwanto in the 69th minute of play. The referee ignored PSP Kotaboenan's protests and gave Awalludin Mulia a yellow card for diving instead. In the 70th match minute, PSP Kotaboenan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Awalludin Mulia to maneuver through the defense. Fadhly Sarwanto struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Firdaus Mulia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PSP Tjandirata. Fadh Sarwanto might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Firdaus Mulia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fadh Sarwanto ran back to his position shaking his head. Andre Sitorus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Firdaus Mulia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute Andre Sitorus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Firdaus Mulia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Firdaus Mulia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fadhly Sarwanto, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Andre Sitorus kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Andre Sitorus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Firdaus Mulia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in PSP Kotaboenan's zone, Fadhly Sarwanto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Firdaus Mulia came out of the goal and Fadhly Sarwanto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Awalludin Mulia was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 95 minutes had been played. A collision led to PSP Kotaboenan getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Awalludin Mulia hit a great ball. When the final whistle went the supporters of PSP Kotaboenan were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant PSP Tjandirata side.
