Ricky Subagdja kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. With 19 minutes on the clock, Hardy Ramadhonna commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Kitam Mainaky recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Haikal Haryanto-Ie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Steve Alexander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Steve Alexander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ade Subagdja, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After some careless play in the PSM Tjiujah defense, Fery Ie kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lelo Ketaren. The PSM Tjiujah fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lelo Ketaren should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Haikal Haryanto-Ie got free with Steve Alexander in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ade Subagdja received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Steve Alexander came out and tried to block the shot, but Ade Subagdja slotted it home off the left post making it 4-1 in the 47th minute.

The wind increased when Fery Ie made the kick off in the second half. If Ade Subagdja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Steve Alexander stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ade Subagdja's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. Steve Alexander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haikal Haryanto-Ie in the 63rd minute of the match. Haikal Haryanto-Ie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 69th minute, Kitam Mainaky hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Haikal Haryanto-Ie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ade Subagdja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. PSM Tjiujah's Haikal Haryanto-Ie got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ade Subagdja took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Steve Alexander. Steve Alexander dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. After 89 minutes, Hardy Sitepu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PSM Tjiujah and the Waraoe players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 89th match minute, PSM Tjiujah was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hardy Sitepu to maneuver through the defense. In the 90th minute, Djati Simanungkalit sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and PSM Tjiujah's Lelo Ketaren didn't even have to move. An unexpectedly hard shot by Haikal Haryanto-Ie in the 94th minute of play forced Waraoe's goalkeeper Steve Alexander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Haikal Haryanto-Ie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
