Joshua Haryanto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bento Sinambela, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Firdaus Sugendo in the 9th minute of play forced Tanjungrejo's goalkeeper Joshua Haryanto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Tanjungrejo's goal looked a bit too open when Bento Sinambela came free, but Joshua Haryanto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Taufik Sembiring managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tanjungrejo's supporters rose to their feet, but Taufik Sembiring was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sipiongot Priyatno breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 17thth minute of the game Andi Eiboy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Muntaiwani FC's Sipiongot Priyatno was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Muntaiwani FC's goal looked a bit too open when Andi Eiboy came free, but Sipiongot Priyatno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andi Eiboy blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sipiongot Priyatno having to make a save. 24 minutes into the match, Taufik Sembiring notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Muntaiwani FC's Sipiongot Priyatno. Sipiongot Priyatno was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Taufik Sembiring had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Muntaiwani FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Ricky Alexander hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute, Andi Eiboy ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sipiongot Priyatno was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After 36 minutes, Yahya Wibowo made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Muntaiwani FC's Sipiongot Priyatno tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Muntaiwani FC's goalkeeper Sipiongot Priyatno, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Firdaus Sugendo's late challenge caught a Tanjungrejo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Firdaus Sugendo helped the player get up and apologised. Firdaus Sugendo hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. A collision led to Muntaiwani FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Femi Sugendo hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bento Sinambela stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 54 minutes, Andi Eiboy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tanjungrejo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andi Eiboy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kia Darwis charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kia Darwis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Kia Darwis kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Sipiongot Priyatno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Taufik Sembiring, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andi Eiboy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67th minute, Andi Eiboy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sipiongot Priyatno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yahya Wibowo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Tanjungrejo's Joshua Haryanto got control of the ball when Firdaus Sugendo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Andi Eiboy had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sipiongot Priyatno. Muntaiwani FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andi Eiboy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Tanjungrejo's Joshua Haryanto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Tanjungrejo from getting a goal against them. In the 82nd minute of the match Bulek Haryanto-Ie sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joshua Haryanto skillfully saved the ball. Andi Eiboy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sipiongot Priyatno having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andi Eiboy in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sipiongot Priyatno saved Muntaiwani FC from getting behind. Muntaiwani FC's Sipiongot Priyatno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bongky Simanungkalit in the 89th minute of play. 92 minutes into the game, Tanjungrejo's Taufik Sembiring nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sipiongot Priyatno made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. After 96 played minutes, Muntaiwani FC's Tiar Eiboy shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Joshua Haryanto came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Muntaiwani FC reached it. There was no doubt that Tanjungrejo were the better team. Tanjungrejo's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
