Fadhly Mulia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Porman Bangun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. Sajeti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kitam Sitepu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jatuh Prima could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Mario Alexander made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kitam Sitepu in the 47th minute of play forced Bersekutu Bertambah Mutu's goalkeeper Mario Alexander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The wind increased when Porman Bangun made the kick off in the second half. After recieving a nice pass, Bersekutu Bertambah Mutu's Dede Reza tried to score from far away in the 52nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Sajeti's zone, Firdaus Panjaitan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fadhly Mulia came out of the goal and Firdaus Panjaitan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Firdaus Panjaitan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Fadhly Mulia made a huge save. The corner ended in Dede Reza almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Sajeti's Fadhly Mulia did a great save. When Firdaus Panjaitan fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bersekutu Bertambah Mutu's protests and gave Firdaus Panjaitan a yellow card for diving instead. Sajeti's Fadhly Mulia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Sajeti from getting a goal against them. Porman Bangun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 90th minute Jatuh Prima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mario Alexander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kitam Sitepu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kitam Sitepu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mario Alexander having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Bersekutu Bertambah Mutu walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
