Henry Wijaya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Budi Budikusuma having to interfere. In the 10th minute of the match, Leonard Chaniago tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Budi Waluyo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ari Eiboy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Firdaus Sinuraya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Budi Waluyo having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Firdaus Sinuraya could shoot a difficult shot in the 17th minute, which Budi Waluyo however easily saved by the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Porman Sipayung during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Lemonga FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 19th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 21 minutes, Legokkaso's Romi Sembiring got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Budi Waluyo. With a little luck, Lemonga FC's Budi Waluyo got control of the ball when Firdaus Sinuraya tried to sneak it across the goal line. Legokkaso's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Romi Sembiring in the 28th minute. Budi Budikusuma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ari Eiboy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute, Mario Cahyono Putro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ari Eiboy in the 31st minute of play forced Legokkaso's goalkeeper Budi Budikusuma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute, Eboy Karo-karo made a precise shot to the right of Budi Budikusuma. Legokkaso's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. 38 minutes into the game, Lemonga FC's Henry Wijaya nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Budi Budikusuma made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in Legokkaso's zone, Ari Eiboy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Budi Budikusuma came out of the goal and Ari Eiboy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 44th minute of the match Lemonga FC got a corner. Legokkaso's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cecep Subagdja ran over to the corner to take the kick. Eboy Karo-karo's late challenge caught a Legokkaso's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eboy Karo-karo helped the player get up and apologised. The Legokkaso players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lemonga FC were winning 1-2.

Legokkaso's Budi Budikusuma proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Legokkaso from getting a goal against them. After 52 played minutes Legokkaso got a freekick which was hit by Hardy Tarigan. Ari Eiboy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Budi Budikusuma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Legokkaso's zone, Ari Eiboy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Budi Budikusuma came out of the goal and Ari Eiboy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Henry Wijaya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Budi Budikusuma having to interfere. If Ari Eiboy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 61 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Lemonga FC's Ari Eiboy fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Ari Eiboy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Budi Budikusuma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Budi Budikusuma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henry Wijaya in the 75th minute of play. If Ari Eiboy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th minute Ari Eiboy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Budi Budikusuma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 85 played minutes Legokkaso got a freekick which was hit by Hardy Tarigan. In the 88th minute, Mario Cahyono Putro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
