Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Romi Haryanto-Ie started the match with the kick off. Waiharoe's Paijo Sinambela proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Waiharoe from getting a goal against them. In the 7th minute Fery Sipayung shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joshua Hans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Waiharoe's Jatuh Idris in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Takar FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 11th match minute, Takar FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yahya Haryanto to maneuver through the defense. In the 14th match minute, Takar FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruslan Martin to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 15 minutes, Fery Sipayung managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Waiharoe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fery Sipayung was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Joshua Hans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fery Sipayung in the 17th minute of the match. Joshua Hans stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jatuh Idris's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. In the 19th match minute, Takar FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yahya Haryanto to maneuver through the defense. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Waiharoe's goalkeeper Paijo Sinambela, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Waiharoe getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Jatuh Idris hit a great ball. Fery Sipayung received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Joshua Hans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joshua Hans stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fery Sipayung's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Takar FC's Joshua Hans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jatuh Idris in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th minute of the match, Romi Haryanto-Ie tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Paijo Sinambela saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Kompos Waluyo came free with the goalkeeper in the 44th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Paijo Sinambela could save by the left post. Waiharoe's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Romi Haryanto-Ie 46 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jatuh Idris made a kick off. Jatuh Idris received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Joshua Hans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Waiharoe's Heri Ie got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Romi Haryanto-Ie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paijo Sinambela having to interfere. When Romi Haryanto-Ie fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Takar FC's protests and gave Romi Haryanto-Ie a yellow card for diving instead. In the 72nd match minute, Takar FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romi Haryanto-Ie to maneuver through the defense. When Heri Ie came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Waiharoe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Heri Ie couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fery Sipayung got free with Joshua Hans in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Jatuh Idris, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 77 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Joshua Hans was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Jatuh Idris blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joshua Hans having to make a save. The supporters of Waiharoe booed when Takar FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Awalludin Martin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th minute, Boy Sinuhaji sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Takar FC's Joshua Hans didn't even have to move. In the 90th minute, Takar FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Fery Sipayung fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Romi Haryanto-Ie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paijo Sinambela having to interfere. If Kompos Waluyo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Takar FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Waiharoe for a fine match.
