In the 5th minute Mulyana Akmal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iswadi Darwis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 6 played minutes PSS Bendoagung got a freekick which was hit by Firdaus Sembiring. In the 8th minute, one of PSS Bendoagung:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. Donny Budikusuma stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Iswadi Darwis. 1-0. Iswadi Darwis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mulyana Akmal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iswadi Darwis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mulyana Akmal in the 15th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, PSS Bendoagung's goalkeeper Iswadi Darwis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Firdaus Priyatno. Candra Arbi charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Candra Arbi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Candra Arbi kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. When Firdaus Priyatno got free in front of the goal in the 21st minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Iswadi Darwis was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 24th minute of the match Jojo Sinambela shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Candra Prima showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Donny Budikusuma hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Martin Romatua hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Candra Prima showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jatuh Sipayung in the 34th minute of the match. In the 34th match minute, PSP Pasirtudjuh was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yahya Ramadhonna to maneuver through the defense. Mario Barus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39th minute, PSP Pasirtudjuh's Mulyana Akmal ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Iswadi Darwis. Iswadi Darwis yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind PSS Bendoagung's goalkeeper Iswadi Darwis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

If Martin Romatua had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 55th minute, Jatuh Sipayung fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Martin Romatua charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Martin Romatua the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 55th match minute, PSP Pasirtudjuh was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Romatua to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jatuh Sipayung in the 59th minute of play forced PSP Pasirtudjuh's goalkeeper Candra Prima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Wahyu Febrian fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PSP Pasirtudjuh's protests and gave Wahyu Febrian a yellow card for diving instead. 67 minutes into the game, one of PSP Pasirtudjuh:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 2-2 came through a penalty shot after 69 played minutes, when PSS Bendoagung:s Reynaldo Karo-karo calmly waited for PSP Pasirtudjuh:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. After 71 played minutes PSP Pasirtudjuh got a freekick which was hit by Mulyana Akmal. Mario Barus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Candra Prima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yahya Ramadhonna kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jatuh Sipayung in the 84th minute of play forced PSP Pasirtudjuh's goalkeeper Candra Prima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Firdaus Priyatno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Iswadi Darwis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Firdaus Priyatno, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. If Firdaus Priyatno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
