Andi Sinulingga charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andi Sinulingga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Andi Sinulingga kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rexy Mainaky during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Reynaldo Rai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Salemah's Lelo Karo-karo got control of the ball when Andi Sinulingga tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 26th match minute, Salemah was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Taufik Martin to maneuver through the defense. Bulsky Ie recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Iswadi Arbi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute, Sipiongot Wibowo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Iswadi Arbi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. Salemah's Lelo Karo-karo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iswadi Arbi in the 48th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Iswadi Arbi to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iswadi Arbi in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lelo Karo-karo saved Salemah from getting behind. Lelo Karo-karo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, Reynaldo Rai notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Jeisowo FC's Candra Akmal. Candra Akmal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Jeisowo FC's zone, Darius Sinuhaji stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Candra Akmal came out of the goal and Darius Sinuhaji tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 72 played minutes Jeisowo FC got a freekick which was hit by Bulsky Ie. Salemah's Reynaldo Rai got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lelo Karo-karo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andi Sinulingga in the 87th minute of play. Salemah's Lelo Karo-karo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andi Sinulingga in the 89th minute of play. When Dian Febrian fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jeisowo FC's protests and gave Dian Febrian a yellow card for diving instead. Dian Febrian hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Reynaldo Rai succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 96th playminute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Salemah eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
