Mulyana Simanungkalit fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruslan Oktavianus having to interfere. Reynaldo Cahyono Putro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jojo Budikusuma, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 20th minute Mulyana Simanungkalit shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruslan Oktavianus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the game, Jojo Budikusuma was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PSP Siboluton's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Karacak FC the free kick. Jojo Budikusuma kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in PSP Siboluton's zone, Mulyana Simanungkalit stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ruslan Oktavianus came out of the goal and Mulyana Simanungkalit tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ruslan Oktavianus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 江银延, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 36 minutes, 江银延 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Karacak FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but 江银延 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 38 minutes into the game, Zulfikar Piliang was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Karacak FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PSP Siboluton the free kick. In the 38th minute, Zulfikar Piliang hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 42 minutes into the match, 江银延 notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of PSP Siboluton's Ruslan Oktavianus. Ruslan Oktavianus was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Zulfikar Piliang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Zulfikar Piliang made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, 江银延 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ruslan Oktavianus was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Steve Romatua in the 57th minute of play forced Karacak FC's goalkeeper Reynaldo Cahyono Putro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes in the game, Steve Romatua dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. 江银延 charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed 江银延 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of PSP Siboluton booed when Karacak FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. 江银延 didn't get a good kick on the ball. If 江银延 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 67th minute, Zulfikar Piliang got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Zulfikar Piliang managed to get in a good position for a shot. Karacak FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Zulfikar Piliang was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ruslan Oktavianus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. During the 71st minute of the match Zulfikar Piliang completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Zulfikar Piliang a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
