Djati Sipayung recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 21stth minute of the game Djati Sipayung who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lapeja's Andi Reza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Sri Lalang FC's Adith Martin in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lapeja's goalie prevented a goal. Nasum Wijaya's late challenge caught a Sri Lalang FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. In the 34th minute, Adith Martin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Andi Reza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adith Martin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Djati Sipayung received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Andi Reza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Elie Sembiring was the one to do the kick off. Djati Sipayung struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Andi Reza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sri Lalang FC. Adith Martin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andi Reza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adith Martin, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. When Adith Martin came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Sri Lalang FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adith Martin couldn't finish the play. Lapeja's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sri Lalang FC the free kick. Fery Waluyo kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match.
