Airperiukan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PSS Wadung the free kick. A collision led to Airperiukan getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Elie Haryanto hit a great ball. Cecep Karo-karo kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. The Airperiukan fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when Airperiukan's Firdaus Putiray looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Widodo Rai struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Reynaldo Fitriansyah didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PSS Wadung. Andi Kusumah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Firdaus Putiray, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 27 minutes of play, Airperiukan's Firdaus Putiray made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andi Kusumah was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 32nd match minute, Airperiukan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Widodo Febrian to maneuver through the defense. Andi Kusumah showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Firdaus Putiray in the 35th minute of the match. In the 36th minute Firdaus Putiray shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andi Kusumah saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paijo Simamora blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andi Kusumah having to make a save. Andi Kusumah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paijo Simamora, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Firdaus Putiray stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kompos Mulia helped the player get up and apologised. After 73 played minutes PSS Wadung got a freekick which was hit by Kompos Mulia. In the 76th minute Firdaus Putiray shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andi Kusumah saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute Lelo Idris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reynaldo Fitriansyah saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
