An unexpected shot in the 27th minute by Bento Barus got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Henry Bangun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ramoet's Donnie Piliang got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Boy Sugendo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donnie Piliang in the 47th minute of the match.

The wind increased when Henry Bangun made the kick off in the second half. Ruslan Pane received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Boy Sugendo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Segulai Merindang FC's Boy Sugendo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Segulai Merindang FC from getting a goal against them. 55 minutes into the match, Segulai Merindang FC's goalkeeper Boy Sugendo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Donnie Piliang. Cecep Karo-karo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henry Bangun in the 61st minute of play. Yahya Febrian hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Donnie Piliang could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Boy Sugendo made a huge save. 77 minutes into the game, Ruslan Pane recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Boy Sugendo. Ruslan Pane showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Boy Sugendo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruslan Pane in the 92nd minute of play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
