Fery Hans struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Daus Budiarto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Salembaran FC. After a defensive mix-up in FC.BARCELONA's zone, Fadhly Hans stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daus Budiarto came out of the goal and Fadhly Hans tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fery Hans in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daus Budiarto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Fadh Darwis fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC.BARCELONA's protests and gave Fadh Darwis a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Salembaran FC booed when FC.BARCELONA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fadh Darwis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fery Hans scored 0-1 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Daus Budiarto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fery Hans recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 22nd minute, Fery Hans got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fadhly Hans in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daus Budiarto saved FC.BARCELONA from getting behind. FC.BARCELONA's Daus Budiarto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fadhly Hans in the 34th minute of play. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC.BARCELONA's goalkeeper Daus Budiarto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rio Sipayung charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rio Sipayung the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 46 played minutes FC.BARCELONA got a freekick which was hit by Rio Sipayung. Fadhly Hans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daus Budiarto having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fadh Darwis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Daus Budiarto was a little too slow when Fery Hans got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 52nd minute. The score was now 0-2. Fery Hans was extremely unlucky when he, in the 55th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. With a little luck, FC.BARCELONA's Daus Budiarto got control of the ball when Fadhly Hans tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mulyana Yarman came free with the goalkeeper in the 82nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Daus Budiarto could save by the left post. Fery Hans who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 87thth minute tested the skills of Daus Budiarto when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Salembaran FC's Fery Hans in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC.BARCELONA's goalie prevented a goal. FC.BARCELONA's Daus Budiarto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save FC.BARCELONA from getting a goal against them. When Fery Hans came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Salembaran FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fery Hans couldn't finish the play. The Salembaran FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Salembaran FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
