Andre Bangun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bukitjaring FC. After a rather tough play, PSM Sambipilu's Pandapotan Alexander got a free kick in the 5th minute. Andre Yarman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 10 minutes into the match, PSM Sambipilu's goal looked a bit too open when Zulfikri Panjaitan came free, but Andre Bangun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Iswadi Cahyono Putro came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the PSM Sambipilu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iswadi Cahyono Putro couldn't finish the play. Romi Panjaitan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iswadi Cahyono Putro in the 19th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, PSM Sambipilu's goal looked a bit too open when Bulek Haryanto-Ie came free, but Andre Bangun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Bukitjaring FC's zone, Iswadi Cahyono Putro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Romi Panjaitan came out of the goal and Iswadi Cahyono Putro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Iswadi Cahyono Putro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. PSM Sambipilu's Rochy Kusumah got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to PSM Sambipilu getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Pandapotan Alexander hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute of the match Hardy Chaniago sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Andre Bangun skillfully saved the ball. Romi Panjaitan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iswadi Cahyono Putro in the 36th minute of the match. In the 43rd minute, Hardy Chaniago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Despite close surveillance by the defense, Robbie Eiboy managed to send off a shot that put the ball into the goal to the left of a disappointed goalkeeper. 1-0 in the 45th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

After 54 minutes, Zulfikri Sinambela mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PSM Sambipilu and the Bukitjaring FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 54 played minutes PSM Sambipilu got a freekick which was hit by Zulfikri Sinambela. In the 59th play minute Andre Yarman came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Andre Bangun. 1-1. When Zulfikri Panjaitan came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Bukitjaring FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zulfikri Panjaitan couldn't finish the play. Andre Bangun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zulfikri Panjaitan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. PSM Sambipilu's Andre Bangun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save PSM Sambipilu from getting a goal against them. If Zulfikri Panjaitan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zulfikri Panjaitan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st minute, Rochy Kusumah got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Tono Ramadhonna managed to get in a good position for a shot. PSM Sambipilu's supporters rose to their feet, but Tono Ramadhonna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romi Panjaitan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rochy Kusumah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Romi Panjaitan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bukitjaring FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
