Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Boy Priyatno started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Uteuenpulo's Bongky Perangin-angin got a free kick in the 4th minute. Uteuenpulo's Dewa Waluyo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boy Priyatno in the 12th minute of play. Sipiongot Ketaren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Widodo Suprianto having to interfere. In the 15thth minute of the game Sipiongot Ketaren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Faraboes's Widodo Suprianto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Faraboes getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Zulfikri Budiarto hit a great ball. Uteuenpulo's Romi Sarwanto got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Djati Sitepu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dewa Waluyo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boy Priyatno, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Widodo Suprianto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sipiongot Ketaren, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Widodo Suprianto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sipiongot Ketaren in the 41st minute of play forced Faraboes's goalkeeper Widodo Suprianto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 44 minutes, Zulfikri Budiarto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Faraboes and the Uteuenpulo players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 44 played minutes Faraboes got a freekick which was hit by Zulfikri Budiarto. Zulfikri Budiarto kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Sipiongot Ketaren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 49th minute. Widodo Suprianto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

If Djati Sitepu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Faraboes booed when Uteuenpulo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lelo Ie didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 60th minute of the match Jojo Sinuhaji shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dewa Waluyo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ruslan Haryanto-Ie's late challenge caught a Faraboes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ruslan Haryanto-Ie helped the player get up and apologised. In the 69th minute, Ruslan Haryanto-Ie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Zulfikri Budiarto was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 72 minutes had been played. Zulfikri Budiarto hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. If Romi Sarwanto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Faraboes's Widodo Suprianto got control of the ball when Sipiongot Ketaren tried to sneak it across the goal line. Uteuenpulo's Dewa Waluyo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Djati Sitepu in the 84th minute of play. Romi Sarwanto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Widodo Suprianto having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Uteuenpulo's zone, Boy Priyatno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dewa Waluyo came out of the goal and Boy Priyatno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
