Kia Mulia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henry Sitepu in the 20th minute of the match. In the 31st minute of the match Tiar Budiarto shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kia Mulia showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Henry Sitepu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 34th minute, Henry Sitepu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Mario Budiarto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Uum Ridliwan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Penagi's supporters rose to their feet, but Uum Ridliwan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ricky Dewa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ricky Dewa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Candra Darwis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th match minute, Penagi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonard Aswin to maneuver through the defense. If Mario Budiarto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Penagi's zone, Mario Budiarto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kia Mulia came out of the goal and Mario Budiarto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Candra Darwis made a kick off. If Uum Ridliwan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Uum Ridliwan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Ricky Dewa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th minute of the match, Henry Sitepu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Kia Mulia saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Uum Ridliwan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricky Dewa having to interfere. The Penagi fans cheered their team off the field, for while Mlilir had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
