Andre Mainaky showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kompos Aswin, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. The attack was good, but when Kompos Aswin in the 17th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. When Bulek Haryanto-Ie fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Deliugo FC's protests and gave Bulek Haryanto-Ie a yellow card for diving instead. Bulek Haryanto-Ie kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Donny Panjaitan charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Donny Panjaitan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to PSS Hileweto getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. After having played for 24 minutes, Boy Sitorus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PSS Hileweto's supporters crossed their fingers, but Boy Sitorus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 27th minute, Boy Sitorus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 29th minute, Paijo Kaban made a precise shot to the right of Eboy Haryanto. PSS Hileweto's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Kompos Aswin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andre Mainaky having to make a save. Paijo Kaban sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Awalludin Mainaky was the one to do the kick off. Deliugo FC's Awalludin Mainaky got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Paijo Kaban received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Eboy Haryanto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Boy Sitorus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paijo Kaban in the 66th minute of play forced PSS Hileweto's goalkeeper Eboy Haryanto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 70 played minutes Deliugo FC got a freekick which was hit by Jatuh Waluyo. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
