In the 4th match minute, R.SnK.P was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zulfikri Pane to maneuver through the defense. PSS Naoemetang's Ferry Arbi couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 4th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for R.SnK.P. Fery Sinambela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ari Piliang having to interfere. In the 9th match minute, R.SnK.P was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Noce Suhastra to maneuver through the defense. Ade Mainaky sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 23rd minute of the match, Bongky Chaniago got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ari Piliang was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. R.SnK.P's defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Fery Sinambela scored to the left of an out of position Ari Piliang, making the score, 1-0. PSS Naoemetang's Sipiongot Sinuraya got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 43rd minute, Robbie Sugendo made a precise shot to the right of Romi Sinuraya. PSS Naoemetang's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in R.SnK.P's zone, Fery Sinambela stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ari Piliang came out of the goal and Fery Sinambela tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The wind increased when Kitam Kooth made the kick off in the second half. Bongky Chaniago's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ari Piliang read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. The supporters of PSS Naoemetang booed when R.SnK.P was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Noce Suhastra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ari Piliang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bongky Chaniago, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. After 70 played minutes R.SnK.P got a freekick which was hit by Budi Waluyo. In the 71st minute, Budi Waluyo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 72 minutes into the match, PSS Naoemetang's Ferry Arbi broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Fery Sinambela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ari Piliang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fery Sinambela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fery Sinambela charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fery Sinambela the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, PSS Naoemetang's Fery Sinambela got a free kick in the 79th minute. Romi Sinuraya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robbie Sugendo in the 86th minute of the match. A collision led to R.SnK.P getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Noce Suhastra hit a great ball. In the 91st minute Fery Sinambela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ari Piliang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. PSS Naoemetang's Bongky Chaniago got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Despite being the better team, PSS Naoemetang failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
