Dennis Lukoye started the match with the kick off. Dennis Lukoye struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Kompos Febrian didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lubukraja. Zulfikar Ridliwan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ichwan Waluyo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 24 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yahya Putiray in the 30th minute of play forced PSS Tjitoedja's goalkeeper Kompos Febrian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dennis Lukoye's late challenge caught a PSS Tjitoedja's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dennis Lukoye helped the player get up and apologised. In the 33rd match minute, Lubukraja was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dennis Lukoye to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the game, Alan Aswin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lubukraja's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PSS Tjitoedja the free kick. After 45 played minutes Lubukraja got a freekick which was hit by Adith Alexander. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ichwan Waluyo was the one to do the kick off. Zulfikar Ridliwan came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by PSS Tjitoedja's Ichwan Waluyo. But to his dismay, Ichwan Waluyo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Ruslan Karo-karo charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ruslan Karo-karo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of PSS Tjitoedja booed when Lubukraja was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruslan Karo-karo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 64th minute, Elie Martin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 67 minutes, Fery Suprianto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PSS Tjitoedja and the Lubukraja players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 67th match minute, PSS Tjitoedja was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fery Suprianto to maneuver through the defense. In the 68th minute of the match, Dennis Lukoye tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Kompos Febrian saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Zulfikar Ridliwan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ichwan Waluyo in the 70th minute of the match. Zulfikar Ridliwan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ichwan Waluyo, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. 74 minutes into the game, Elie Martin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lubukraja's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PSS Tjitoedja the free kick. After 74 played minutes Lubukraja got a freekick which was hit by Elie Martin. In the 75th minute, Ichwan Waluyo sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Lubukraja's Zulfikar Ridliwan didn't even have to move. A collision led to Lubukraja getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Bongky Muchtaji hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dennis Lukoye in the 89th minute of play forced PSS Tjitoedja's goalkeeper Kompos Febrian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. PSS Tjitoedja's Kompos Febrian proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save PSS Tjitoedja from getting a goal against them. Ichwan Waluyo kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the PSS Tjitoedja players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
