With an extended leg and a bit of luck 潘岩凌 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 潘岩凌 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 江宇彬 in the 14th minute of play. 叶义谦 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 潘岩凌 having to interfere. 巩广洋 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 吴磊竞 having to interfere. 尤景锋's late challenge caught a 辽宁辽阳灰熊队's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 尤景锋 helped the player get up and apologised. In the 21st minute, one of 安徽芜:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for 安徽芜. In the 23rd minute there was a penalty for 辽宁辽阳灰熊队. 刘卫奕 stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving 吴磊竞. 0-1. 吴磊竞 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 郝锋天 in the 30th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, 巩广洋 notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of 安徽芜's 吴磊竞. 吴磊竞 was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 潘岩凌 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 江宇彬, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 48thth minute of the game 江宇彬 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 辽宁辽阳灰熊队's 潘岩凌 was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After the first half 辽宁辽阳灰熊队 were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 巩广洋 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 安徽芜's 吴磊竞 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save 安徽芜 from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in 辽宁辽阳灰熊队's zone, 江宇彬 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 潘岩凌 came out of the goal and 江宇彬 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If 叶义谦 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If 郝锋天 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. In the 85th minute, 巩亦 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 潘岩凌 was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. After 89 minutes of play, 辽宁辽阳灰熊队's 郝锋天 made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. 吴磊竞 was left in no man's land by his defense there! 92 minutes into the match, 江宇彬 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 潘岩凌. 辽宁辽阳灰熊队's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 江宇彬 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4.
