After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The audience was convinced that 庄骋银's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but 钱磊云 was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
